Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective coverings are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Ozone
Affix the provided shipping label or your own prepaid label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment to verify its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
